Marks and Spencer £25 Voucher offer

Definitions:

‘You’ or ‘Your’ being the landlord or seller

‘Your property’ the landlord or sellers property placed on ipostcode.com

‘Agent(s)’ either a traditional estate agent or a traditional letting agent or an online agent

‘M&S’ Marks and Spencer

 

In order to redeem your £25 voucher

1.0       You must be a landlord or seller

2.0       The property placed on ipostcode.com must be within a London postcode.

3.0       It is your genuine intention to place your property on the market with a traditional estate agent, traditional letting agent or an online agent. This will be confirmed by the listing agent.

4.0       You must choose at least one of the agents to market your property from the agents that have placed a bid for your property on ipostcode.com

5.0       You must invite a minimum of two bidding agents from ipostcode.com to the property for a valuation

6.0       Your property must be marketed for a minimum of 2 weeks with your chosen agent or until it is placed under offer (Sales) or deposit put down by a prospective tenant (Lettings) or which ever comes first.

7.0       Limited to one £25 M&S voucher per property.

8.0       The £25 M&S voucher offer expires at midnight on the 29th February 2012 and limited to the first 25 (twenty five) properties placed on ipostcode.com

9.0       All vouchers will be posted 3 weeks after the property has been placed on ipostcode.com. This will be done via registered post to the name and address of the landlord or seller as per the registration page on ipostcode.com

10.0    ipostcode.com reserves the right to withdraw a property placed on ipostcode.com and withdraw the £25 M&S voucher without any notice period.
