Terms & Conditions for the website known as ipostcode.com

1. ipostcode.com provides an online introduction service between seller / landlord and agents, via an online bidding process of the agents services.
2. By either the seller / landlord or the agents using ipostcode.com will be deemed that the two parties have agreed to the terms and conditions as stated.
3. All agents using ipostcode.com are trading as estate agents, property agents, managing agents, letting agents or commercial property agents within the UK property industry.
4. It is the responsibility of the agents or seller / landlord to provide only their details when logging on to ipostocde.com and not any other person(s) and that the information provided is accurate.
5. It is the responsibility of the agents or seller / landlord to keep their username & password confidential.
6. Any inappropriate language or images posted on ipostcode.com will be withdrawn from the site and the user will be suspended from using the site.
7. The user grants permission to ipostcode.com to use all photos, logos and text that have been posted on ipostcode.com royalty free in the public domain, on advertising material both online and offline.
8. ipostcode.com doesn’t charge the seller / landlord a fee to use the site.
9. ipostcode.com doesn’t currently charge the agent a subscription fee to use the site. Agents will be required to pay fees when bidding on individual properties (see Fees 17. below), in some circumstances complementary bids will be awarded to agents, these bids cannot be exchanged for money or any other product or service. However it is free for an agent to register on the site.
10. The "bidding period" is approximately 2 1/2 days.
11. All material posted on ipostcode.com belongs to the user and not a third party. The user takes on the responsibility of any costs or charges for posting third party material on the site.
12. It is prohibited for the user to post copyright material on the site.
13. The user agrees to indemnify ipostcode.com for incorrect, immoral, illegal, third party & misleading information posted on the site.
14. ipostcode.com will endeavour at all time to keep the site functioning to an appropriate level however from time to time the site may not function to an appropriate level due to technical problems. ipostcode.com will do everything possible to resolve any technical problems as quickly as possible. ipostcode.com is not responsible for any posted material that may be lost.
15. These terms and conditions shall be enforced and interpreted by English courts and English law.
16. ipostcode.com will suspend, terminate or seek compensation from the user, for a breach of any of these terms and conditions
17. Fees
    1. ipostcode.com is free for sellers and landlords to use
    2. ipostcode.com charges agents a fee to bid for a property (as per the pricing table located in the 'agents area'). All fees are quoted in pounds sterling.
    3. The fees are non-refundable, however if you feel that the property advertised was not genuine or misleading, ipostcode.com will refund you the full amount less any credit/debit card charges for that particular property.
    4. At the moment VAT is not charged to the agent, however this will change in due course. Agents will be notified of changes to VAT charges.
    5. ipostcode.com may decide to give free bids to new agents who register.  
    6. Free bids are limited to a single branch of an agency.
    7. ipostcode.com reserves the right to remove free bids from an agent at their discretion.
